*No refunds or exchanges only store credit. All sales are final.

*We are not liable for stolen, missing or loss goods.

*Before using all goods read the ingredient labels carefully before usage.

*All Goods are Vegan and Cruelty Free.

*All issues with late/missing packages must be taken up with your shipping carrier.

*Orders are shipped with USPS.

*If you receive a damaged/melted item. Within 48hrs of receiving your packages please email us at lakeitsha@prettypopz.net with your order number and a clear picture of the item/items. Any time passed the 48hrs will not be eligible for rectifying the problem. 

*We are not responsible for any loss/missing packages due to incorrect address. Please check your address to confirm it is correct before placing the order.
