*All issues with late/missing packages must be taken up with your shipping carrier.

Damages Goods

*If you receive a damaged/melted item. Within 48hrs of receiving your packages please email us at lakeitsha@prettypopz.net with your order number and a clear picture of the item. Any time passed the 48hrs will not be eligible for rectifying the problem.

*We are not responsible for any loss/missing packages due to incorrect address. Please check your address to confirm it is correct before placing the order.
